Robert C. Johnson is a judge of the 4th Judicial District, Division J in Louisiana (Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes). He was elected to a newly-created judgeship in July of 2008 and took office the following January. Johnson successfully ran for re-election to the court in 2014, winning a six-year term that expires at the end of 2020. Johnson was a Monroe City councilman prior to his election to the district court in 2008.
